Horsesmouth seeks a top-quality copy editor to style and smooth manuscripts from staff and freelancers. The majority of articles are written at a general business level and are neither highly technical nor jargon-filled. The atmosphere is downtown-casual-editorial, not corporate. This position is in-house.

Candidate should have at least five years of full-time copyediting experience. Knowledge of investments and Wall Street is desirable, but not mandatory. Familiarity with HTML is also useful, but not mandatory. Mastery of details, precision in language, and a willingness to learn are required.
