The company's founders are an integral part of the experienced management team behind Horsesmouth. William F. Nicklin, chairman of Horsesmouth, has been a financial advisor for over 30 years, with much of his career spent as a branch manager and mentor. He regularly contributes to Horsesmouth's business development resources. His son, William T. Nicklin, CEO of Horsesmouth, worked formerly as an analyst at GartnerGroup, where he covered the Internet and collaborative computing. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's School of Engineering & Applied Science and the Wharton School of Business. The entire Horsesmouth management team comes from a range of backgrounds and has over 30 years combined experience working together at Horsesmouth.
